Not my area,but they look hopelessly dodgy to me.There was no inflation in the post 1988 period of the Soviet Union such as would necessitate stamps of 300/500 rouble denomination.
That kind of hyperinflation occurred under the Russian Federation in 1994-1997. Strange things happen to stamps when the postage rates go up every few weeks, but I am confident that the Federation would never have sanctioned use of old stocks of Soviet stamps without at the very least insisting that the letters SSSR be obliterated.
