Your are right Wert! Or even a skeleton. Obviously it is Halloween.

Actually it is the golf club in front of the face rhat causes the distortion.

Well... here's the boy on the UEL statue in Hamilton.
He seems rather nice - determined to make a better Canada, with his axe and hoe.
