Welcome to Stamp Community!

The photo is too dark to tell any detail. Please try again with a better lighting, perhaps across the stamp with a small spot light?

Tuscany has been discussed on Stamp Community before now if you haven't had the chance to search yet (button top right).

Tried scanning it, not sure if it makes it any clearer.

Those pages are amazing to have and to study. Wow.

From just reading on SCF here over the years I know that there can be different forgeries of older stamps that people collected anyway at the time. Some are worth smoney too.

Milan, you have been very helpful!! So what is the difference between the catalogue value and the market value? I've noticed this on ebay when the catalogue value is printed, but the stamp is up for sale at a much reduced rate.

The market value is often determined by the real condition of the stamp. The stated catalogue value is used to give an impression of worth to the stamp, perhaps overdone at times but then, at others, less than it is actually is worth.

Always hoping for the auction to bring in a higher price from enthusiastic bidders.
