21 Feb 1946. One of a set of 12 commemorating the Council of Trent. This shows Chrisopher Madrussi, Bishop of Trent.

As Bamra1 said, it comes from this 1946 set (with 2 express delivery stamps added)



Value? I'd say around $10 or £6 for the entire set.
