France 1932 Peace Type

I just discovered that there were (4) different varieties to the 50c version of this stamp, differing in the style of the "c" and the lines below the buckle. It was very easy to cull out the type II due to the different "c". While going through the rest, however, I found one that I couldn't quite place, and it may just be a type I with an extra line.

Here is my suspect:



A normal Type I belt is on the left while my suspect is shown on the right. Any help would be appreciated.
