Hi..Is it a normal thing that Canada Poste would print this Scott #544a booklet with the "8 cent" stamps printed on a greenish colour while the rest of the stamps are printed on normal coloured paper..??

It might be over ink of the two bottom stamps that caused the paper to be "stained" by the ink surplus... I don't think that they could have product paper with different parts like this. This would be known and subject to all sort of other errors.

Is there a white line through the Queen's head on the leftmost 1 cent? I seems to remember an other thread where some "fly specker" (is that the right term?) guru showed such a stamp...

alani posted the booket with the line through the two top penny stamps.

The green must be a stain during or after the printing.

Perhaps they ran some 7 cent stamps prior to the eights.
