Has anyone seen this sort of perf on
this type of stamp ?
1926 Guatemala ...I also added the original beside it for a guide.

Yes. That stamp is avialable in two versions, one seemingly normal, and the other perforated diagonally so that each half can be used for postage. A very neat, pre-made bi-sect. Sorry that I don't have a catalog right now to give you the Scott number.
