There is nothing in that photo that shows a doubling of the center ,maybe it was soaked too long and the orange ran more than the blue ink .

In the stamp you posted, there is NO doubling of the center. You do have a large hinging stain, as shown in your picture of the back-side.

In the Cherrystone Auctions link, the stamp does have a 2nd impression of the center -- it appears at a ~45 degree angle (tilted left) and shifted slightly toward the right. In the Cherrystone auctions stamp, you can see part of the tilted orange center to the lower right of the blue oval.
