I can't find another stamp like this one any where on-line. It is a kingdom of Yemen Crowned Prince Reza Pahlevi 1b stamp. With all of that info there were no examples of it on the web. I was hoping to find out it's value and if it is rare. Does anyone have an idea of it's value?

Unfortunately the value is pretty much zero. Yemen is one of those Arab states that churned out stamps for collectors way above what was actually needed for postage to the point that the major catalogues only mention certain issues in footnotes.

If memory serves me, at one time there were two outfits claiming to be issuing stamps for Yemen & it's doubtful if any actually reached the country but were shipped directly to the philatelic wholesale industry

This is from a set of 6 stamps issued on 15 July 1968 (for the Shah's coronation in 1967), shown in the Stanley Gibbons catalogue under Yemen, Royalist Civil War issues. It only got as far as the appendix issues, as mentioned above as being issued in excess of postal needs, etc. The chances of it ever being available in any part of Yemen is pretty remote.
There seem to be plenty of examples showing on the web. Check out this site for the complete set:
