Definitely some Tonton Macoute influences. This person is part of a large family who have come to power by witchcraft in some parts of the world. Insidiously inserting themselves into gullible society, their aim is to wander aimlessly thru their lives and be paid vast sums to entertain the public who know no better. Continuous in-breeding has left most of them incapable of normal lives so they have to be driven, flown, fed, dressed by servants while being housed in many castles and palaces.
