How much would you pay for just one year or two years of stamps off paper? Pricing modern kiloware. Canadian years 2012-2013. Also just the 1967 Canadian coils.

How do you weight kiloware? I have looked at the charities pricing. For example modern stamps on paper were $100 for 500 grams. But off paper depending on country etc and series. It makes a huge difference.

Say 500 grams? I was checking the weight of my 1967 coils off paper and got to 10000+ stamps trying to make a pd 454 grams. I was thinking of selling by using weight since I have a ton of used. What should the prices be.

For example I have a ton of GB on paper and off. How do you price Kiloware? I am very new to the idea of Kiloware. And to be honest thought it was a pain to get all those stamps. Because of the lotting. But its fun. And I think it is also the best thing to buy for any new collector.

" I have a ton of GB on paper and off"

I've had two kiloware lots in the last 6-8 months of mixed on and off paper modern GB. One plastic bag (entirely Machin stamps) which weighed 750 grammes cost me 50p. One box with 350 grammes cost 10p. Of that two lots I had around 12 stamps worth keeping.

Since the 26th Dec 13 we had a huge clean up of all our stamping areas including sorting the large plastic containers.

The whole idea of this clean up is to sort out all the stamps off paper from 1940 to 1989. Which we have done. It is in bundleware and kiloware and we have about 80 to 90kgs or 175lbs. We count approx 15,000 stamps per kg.

The bundleware will turn into packets of sets at 350 to 500 different stamps. The loose kiloware will be sold at the cheapest parcel weight which for us is $6.95 for 450gms or 1lb mailed anywhere in Australia.

The packets of sets will sell for $5 to $10. The kiloware at 450gms will be listed at $25 to $50 per lot.

With your very recent kiloware I would sell as sets on ebay and all the other part sets to be sold as kiloware lots at a weight that best suits your needs.

A issue of a set of 5 letter rate stamps we are selling for $1.99. But the real money in your lot is the high denominations. It is time to do a bit of research and get an idea on how you want to go about it all.

All The Very Best. KGV
