Hi..Was looking at my Scott #280 and saw the perforation was incomplete..Unitrade shows a 4 strip of stamps that have the same thing..Wondering if my pair is the same "perforation not complete"..??

Hi Wert, and Merry Christmas! What you have there is a missing perforation. This is not uncommon, especially on definitive that are printed by the zillions! In a lot of cases when the printer notices this they will eventually replace the pin that broke in the perforator.
