I think this has no glue, but being a novice would appreciate opinions please. I do see it is hinged.

Hi, most stamps have glue,it should have kind of a shiny look when held at an angle. The shine should cover the entire stamp. Some weren't issued with glue or it was soaked off when they put the stamp in water to get it off of paper. Gary

Thanks Gary. I do not think it has been soaked as is MH imperf, but trying to determine if it is scott 90a or 90iii (without gum). I believe the left inside frameline is a solid double. Again anticipating shipment.
