Here is some more fly-specking for the fly-speckers. This 1933 Postal Union stamp is all blue ink except for one green bush with a few green clouds above it.

Believe it or not, thank the Lord, there are collectors of oddities like this according to the philatelist I talked to today. If they like something and money is no object then they buy it.
