Hi KGV, I have a question as to what is classed as a used or fine used Stamps. Do the CTO issues Cancelled GPO Melbourne and Flinders Lane fall into this ''Used'' Category?
Buddahboy, a used stamp is one that has served it's duty. In other words, it has been sent through the mails on a cover or package. A CTO or cancelled to order stamp has never been used and does not have the same value as a genuine used one to most collectors.
