I took measurements of two Harding 2c 11 perf stamps
There is a small diff. but I don't know if I did it right.

The other stamp is the back of a red 2 c Washington.

Looks the same to me...bottom stamp slightly shifted right of start point.

the gum is flat plate gum - SC610
also, the width/horizontal measurement is immaterial, it is the height that differs.

Rotary press gum has small vertical gumming streaks and large horizontal gum breaker lines.
