315 Plate Block 3 With "Printing Flaws"

Noticed on this block of plate #3 stamp 315 Royal Visit of 1951 the following "flaws"
Deformed "T" of Postage on all 4 stamps
Broken necklace (or black pearl) on lower left stamp.

Got a small stack of that issue M/U - saw nothing like that.

Checked 215 cancelled stamps.

Broken necklage not matched.

Some white marks found in "POSTAGE", but non identical to yours. These marks do not appear to be repetitive.

bwdavis..Mine looks normal..except..EXCEPT...There is a broken "E" in "Edinburgh"....Go figure.

Tail on "Z" of "Elizabeth" and Tall "H" on "Highnesses"
