3c Small Queen Perf Error?

The top of the stamp is missing most perfs just a few tiny valleys on the left. Is this a perforation error? Also has markings in CANADA POSTAGE, Possibly over inkage.

Sorry COINWATCHER but that is not an error. The stamp has been clipped - likely when being cut from the cover before soaking off paper. I suggest that it be consigned to the recycle bin.

It is not too common for such an old stamp to have such a large margin at the top. Don't throw it away.
