Hi...I am going to look stupid, but, this stamp from ""New south Wales""...Is there a Country called New South Wales or is it a subsidiary of another Country...??...Thanks.

From the Scott Catalogue listing, in 1901 New South Wales united with five other British Colonies to form the common wealth of Australia. Hope that helps.
