In light of the recent postings regarding the latest postal rate increases, I thought this cartoon would be appropriate. Maybe another title for this thread could be "Some Things Never Change"? This cartoon was in Canadian Stamp News and published in other papers as well and dated June 18, 1985, in case you can't read my writing.
I support Canada Olympic Athletes, so wonder where are the Olympic Stamps? I'd buy an uncut press sheet of the 3 sisters who participated in this historic Finale and the 2 that won Gold and Silver in the moguls event, if Canada Post decide to issue some.
