Didn't Do The Research ---The Real Stamps

I thought everyone was finished talking about the Roman States block and I was going to show the real stamps but that site was shut down ,so I wanted to show the real stamps -----

The auction was ended early on ebay.

The thread is still going strong but should die down unless the OP shows us the rest of the treasures he has promised.

I see now that the thread is locked. You are correct floortrader.

He won't be showing us, he has a problem with name calling which doesn't fly here.

I'd show mine but I'm pretty sure they're nearly all "the real deal" and not worth posting.

I've had these stuffed in a stockbook and just always assumed they were reprints.

The whole original thread certainly prompted some interesting back and forth about the topic of originals vs. reprints vs. fakes, of which I know little. I don't own anything valuable enough to call for expertizing, so I appreciated all of the input (with hopes someday of owning something of that quality - HAHAHAHA).

It was unfortunate that there was an instant animosity and contention that gave the whole thread such a negative feel.

Thanks to these members for posting examples of their stamps.
