I thought everyone was finished talking about the Roman States block and I was going to show the real stamps but that site was shut down ,so I wanted to show the real stamps -----
The whole original thread certainly prompted some interesting back and forth about the topic of originals vs. reprints vs. fakes, of which I know little. I don't own anything valuable enough to call for expertizing, so I appreciated all of the input (with hopes someday of owning something of that quality - HAHAHAHA).
It was unfortunate that there was an instant animosity and contention that gave the whole thread such a negative feel.
Thanks to these members for posting examples of their stamps.
