They are precancels.

This set were produced in 1976 and are Y&T 138-145.

The same design (Coin of the Gauls) had been used on three previous sets between 1964 and 1975

thanks a lot Bamra1 for your great help I found them now in scott and they are a set of 21 stamps and yeah in different years
