Misc Givaway

Great idea! I do not know if I can participate in a "Give Away" yet or not. But when I can, I have a lot of foreign stamps to give away. I will even take care of the postage. I do not know the values and don't much worry about that and don't want to take the time in an area I am no longer collecting. Some of them were accumulated in the early 1960's. Some look Old.

You all please advise me when I can start posting them and how to go about it. My idea was "First come first serve", but now I see the "Hat" and need your consensuses as how to run it.
