Hy,
I just find this cover on a local stamp dealer , and I want to know how much I should pay for the cover , what is the value of this cover ??

It's a very rare stamp because "Taiwan" was not colored red too which was considered a propaganda mistake so that the stamp was withdrawn. However, there are many private reprinted fake copies out there to trick collectors. It is best to get it expertized to make sure it is genuine.

That stamp is being faked by a new forger each week ,a lot of them are coming out of Singapore.
