Several examples from Germany and some early German states. The one from Wurttemberg seems to be uprated to new currency.

You're correct about the Württemberg envelope, which is Michel #U25 from August 1875. The Michel Ganzsachen-Katalog Deutschland 1980 describes it as an Aufbrauchsausgabe, a "using-up issue," stating that the remaining stocks of envelopes with denominations in Kreuzer had new Pfennig indicia printed on them.

Here are some scans of the Great Britain Railway Locomotives Aerogramme set issued in 1996. H&B #'s APS114 thru APS119. (Shown in order of #)
They are quite nicely done... Enjoy.

Turntostone, the issue dates of the stamps that correspond to your cards are circa 1931 for the upper card (Rajah) and 1911 for the lower card (chariot). Perhaps someone else with a catalog can be more precise.

Dr. Ascher's Großer Ganzsachenkatalog 1925 gives a date of 1904 for the lower Jaipur card, but the catalog was published too early to include the other card.

I thought I would share some GERMAN material this time.
The first two have a lot of added stamps to the postal cards. Makes them interesting additions to the collection (reference numbers are from Michel)

The first is a registered postal card with a fwe stamps added for value to get the fee paid, on a (Michel) P-4 1945 issue Russian Zone of Germany

The second is a (Michel) P294 issued 1942 with three of the same themed stamps

The next three are from the combined Germany with the
envelopes relating to the stamp & item. (Michel) USo-88 issued 2005

Another special printed envelope. (Michel) US0-123 issued 2006

And finally, another envelope (Michel) US0-118 issued 2006
