I found a booklet of stamps missing the cover in some of my father's things after he passed the book is full 75 stamps total there a 25 cent war savings stamps I believe they are number s2....all the stamps are in excellent condition they have been licked and stuck on the book of course there is no cover they're very unique I really like them but I have seen values on individual stamps but not a value in a book. So I'm curious also on a history of the bookletd as well. thank you so much for your help
I apologize for the poor quality of the picture

These books were widely used by people in the 40's and 50's, the 10 cent is the most common but 25 cent books were used a lot as well. A complete booklet would probably be in the $10-$12 range, but without the cover it has less value. The booklets were a way for people to save up enough money to buy war bonds and later savings bonds. This booklet has 75x.25=$18.75, which was the price of a $25 savings bond.
