Got a nice Russian stamp from a U.S. seller in the mail today. The 20d has "V"'s instead of "3"'s in the groundwork. There is a very clear 1870 cancellation on the stamp which was the year of issue. Scott CV is $150 for a used stamp. Does the year of issue cancellation put any additional value on this stamp?
