Hi guys...Take a look at this Scott #532 stamp..Look at the inscription..Shouldn't the period be at the bottom where my red arrow is pointing and not where the blue arrow is pointing..??..Thanks.

weert, I believe thats an apostrophe.

The one before 'Big Raven' was obliterated by the perf.
