This (lovingly used?) stamp perforation measures out at exactly 11.5 x 11.25. Anyone ever heard of this particular perforation before? I know there is a 11.5 x 11 but this one definitely measures 11.25 vertically.

Thanks!

The specialized list of Exportas I use does not show any perf. 11.5 x 11.25. My guess perf measurements have been rounded to the nearest half gauge.

I suspect, Robert, you are using the same specialized list I am based on Scott Catalog information. As it turns out Michel lists this stamp as 11.5 x 11.25. Feel free to correct your listing accordingly (as I will mine). Apparently Scott does not differentiate by more than half a perf for measurement purposes.

Hi Trainwreck

I have a reference list for Mexico that is based on the Scott catalog. It was developed for my friend's store to aid in breaking down collections. It may be helpful.

If you want a copy e-mail me with "Xref Mexico" in the title and include your e-mail address.

Jerry,

Thank you for the offer. I have a Scott no. reference list (actually a sorting chart) I consult when cataloging Exportas.

Cheers, Robert

Trainwreck: What was the web address of the Exportas list? I know you said it shows "cannot be found" but it may be available through other pathways.

The Exporta material was at this site: http://www.etiangui.com.mx/
Apparently, the site is down for remodeling.

This is the actual address I had bookmarked: http://www.etiangui.com.mx/descarga...cpg=0&cpgv=0
