Canada Sarah Burke Stamp Prices?

I was about to use some Sarah Burke stamps to mail a letter and thought I would check the prices on the bay before I peeled them off of the booklet. I was surprised to see that the booklets are selling from $10-$15 plus shipping and they are still available through Canada Post at $6.30. Is there something I don't know about possible errors on this stamp?
