Your first stamp is in Scott's Catalogue as #21 with a CV of $5.00 used; however, this stamp is quite faded and the value will be reduced greatly. The stamp on the right is a Postage Due one, #J1, and has a CV of only 55 cents used. Note, these values are from my 2009 edition.
