Hello all,

Today I was asked by my grandmother if I could seek help from an expert on information on the stamp collection pictured. There is in the region of around 200-300 stamps ranging from 1890-1942

If someone would be able to share their knowledge with me about these particular stamps and offer an opinion of value I would be most thankful

Unless, there's a hidden jewel, for what I can see, you'll be lucky if someone pays more than 20 $; perhaps 30 with the nice album. All the stamps showed are pretty common and in an average condition, nothing special. I had the opportunity, I would buy it, just for the album, but not for more than 30 $. I've bought an album like this and I paid 10 €, about 13 $...
Sorry to say that, but it's the normal thing with these type of collections.

Wemakemints: welcome to the web site. Regretfully, I must agree with Cursus regarding the apparent & possible monetary value of your collection. However, the sentimental, or family, value may be incalculable.

I would have said the collector obviously has a preference for better cancels. Some there quite interesting - and could have more value than the stamp that carries them.
