Fillmore that is..... has not yet arrived from the Seller, but I must admit it is the only "presidential" related item that I've lain my grubby fingers upon. Apparently signed by him 4 months before he was elected VP, he was serving as Comptroller of New York State and this relates to an enquiry concerning the back taxes owed on a piece of property.
