I recently came across an interesting stamp, showing 2 different paper textures as well as incomplete tagging. Its is hard to describe, or that a clear picture, because of UV light and scanner not working well together. I have seen some tagging pictures before on E-Bay and I would welcome advice on how to make them better.
Here is the stamp: the left side of the frame appears to be "slightly yellowish while the right is white. Back of the stamp is HB paper, and the tagging appears not to have registered on the area of the different paper. I believe Wert has a special software that can provide hints as to paper variation, colours etc..I am curious what this tool may show?
