My husband is fluent in many Arabic dialects and I showed this to him.

He says that it is from IRAN and the currency is Dinars.

"The Iranian unit of currency is Rial - Internationally abbreviated to RI or Ris, which is divided into 100 Dinars. Every 10 Rials is also know as 1 Toman (Toe'man)."
