What you have is a Penny Black S.G.#2



It is from Plate 7 and it looks like it has a stage 1 "O" flaw (the O in ONE has a small "tail" breaking the base line). I cannot see the postmark year clearly...probably 1840.
Worth more research as it is a valuable stamp on cover.
