And here is another mislabel. She has these marked as #30A which again cannot be correct since they are perf. The only perf scott # I see are 28 and 29. Can anyone determine which these are?

It appears to be a picture of a variation of 28 or 29 as you said, however I think the photo is poor quality and would be better served as a scan to get a truer color.

Take a look at the outside border on top and bottom. The projections on your stamps are partially cut away, making these Type A22. Assuming the colors are brown, they are both accurately identified as 30A

They are both type IIs, which is either #30 or #30A. First appears to be darker than the second, leading me to think its #30A but your images are really not clear enough to be sure what they are other than type II five-cent Jefferson.
