There are - in all UPU jurisdictins -as far as I know - minimum sizes for letters. How do they get around that? (I didn't read all the details on the site - maybe it's there)

Hi Canada Stamp,

That was my first thought too. However, the miniature envelope is sent in a "sturdy mailer for shipping". The mini envelope has a mini stamp on it, not a real one.
