I have seen the examples of a "LOW TRAIN". Swedish tiger shows the lowest example that sold for $900.00 and states that the prices vary as to how low the train is. Here is my best example. How low can you go?  |

Placements of the image in the center always vary on these types of stamp designs. Why would this be so unusual?

There is a variety know as "fast Train" but I thought the front of the Train has to be extended into the border? |

Rev - the one pictured at the top of this thread is one owned bu the poster, not the one that sold for $900.
IBFS - yes the registration varies, but when it gets far enough out of whack, some collectors consider it desireable. Same as perf centering - perfect is best, ave is worst, but then if it gets really far off the EFO people like it. |

I know. I looked at the one that sold for $900 and I was not impressed even a little bit. |

There are also 'rising trains'. It seems more common then $900's worth.

Wow. That is low. Much lower and it would be off the paper. But to tell you the truth, I like nicely centered things, not really being into EFO's and such.
