A friend pointed this out to me and I'd like your opinion on SC 994 World Council of Churches issued July 22, 1983.
It appears to have been two printings as the "32 Canada" inscription is centred in the left stamp and lower in the right stamp. Also, the left stamp has a lighter green and brown colour shade and a lighter paper shade than the stamp on the right.
Perhaps the darker paper on the lower "32 Canada" version causes the darker green and brown colour shades.

My LL inscription block and two OFDCs (a single stamp and an inscriptrion block) are the the centred "32 Canada" version, whereas my single stamp is the lower "32 Canada" version. All were received from my standing oerder at the same time from
Canada Post Philatelic at the time of issue.
Can anyone confirm the possible existance of two printing types for this issue?
