It's a forgery of German Offices in China Michel #7.

ive just been on spinx shreeves site and it say $1400 for this rare stamp !!!!

77vonspee77 - welcome to the board. If your stamp was genuine it would indeed be worth a lot of money. But stamps that are worth a lot of money are often forged or faked, and that's apparently what you have. PostmasterGS is extremely knowledgeable about German Philately and you can trust his word on this question.

thank you postmasterGS and classical stamps you have helped out brilliantly and I do notice the difference
between the two stamps shown there is not much difference and I know you will help me out with the
german marshall islands stamp I have in identifing which one that is...
