The UN General Assembly is meeting again these days. The stamp issued by Bangladesh shows hands of various colors and ages, representing the many nations and celebrating the UN's 50th birthday.

Afghanistan and China celebrated 50 years of diplomatic relations; but the Old Silk Road suggests that trade between the two peoples has been going for much longer than 50 years. (Note difference in the color of the hands.) Does anyone recognize the fortress on the right?
