In 1988 the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) issued a stamp for the World Festival of Youth and Students. The powerful hand is destroying missiles with an "A" and the message reads: "Let's build a New World without Nuclear Weapons". Note the peace dove in the flower emblem of the games.
