I Can't ID An Ottoman Empire Stamp Per Scott Cat

My 2008 Scott catalog does not list this color variation. Everything for the 1 Piastre has blue.
I found a website showing the Ottoman crescents and it shows the 1888 version black and white http://sariucak.com/ottoman/hires/J37.jpg
Did Scott make an error of omission? Or is this a bock of the book stamp?

Appears to be Turkey J37, as Scott lists that stamp as being in black (no blue). Also check out the notes in Scott after Turkey #63 and Eastern Rumelia #14.

Yup, sure enough clear as day. My catalog does have the postage due section. J37 seems right on. Thank you!
