Turkish Stamps I Can Not Find In Scott

These stamps which look Turkish, I can not find in my Scott.

I couldn't find them either which makes me think they are revenue stamps which won't be listed in Scott.

These are both Turkish.

The first one is a 2 paras "Newspapers and Advertisements" revenue stamp from 1891.

The second one is a telegraph seal.

thanks for your responses...my question is - these wouldn't be categorized as Cinderellas, what would call them ...like Deep in the Back stamps? Or something like that?
