French A15 Imperf. Trimmed Perfs?

The only listing Scott has for A15, 15c imperf, is mint. So this stamp doesn't fit.
Does this show evidence of perfs being trimmed off? I see something on the front view right side top above the head.
Or is there a BOB version that I missed?

That's the problem with imperforated singles. It could be assumed the most postal clerks or even patrons never took the time to perfectly cut out a stamp.

How thick is the paper? Could it be a postal card cutout?

Found another one. The paper on both could be postal stationary. Too thin for postal card.
