I have a few stamps that are not centered and a few that have one or two sides missing perforations (not coil stamps). I assume that these would not be ratinged the same as stamps that are centered and have the correct perforations. How does it impact the value? Would I put these into another category? Mint Used and OTHER?

thanks!
Jen

jbird...those 2 shown are from a booklet pane.
Naturally the one with 2 straight edges is from the lower right position.
