New Zealand one penny stamp, machine cancelled in Auckland and addressed to someone in Te Awamutu (both North Island New Zealand). I doubt it is rare. Other cancels included various slogans, place names etc. and being 1914 place names included army camps.
edit: it has an arrival back stamp dated 24th december
I suspect that any value is in the combination of stamp and postmark but I think the value would be minimal if the stamp and postmark are common ones which looks likely. Machine cancels were normally used to cancel loads of stamps so rarer ones are probably the ones similar to yours but with a slogan/ event...or a named wartime military camp... incorporated into the five lines. Research might give you some information about the cancellation and perhaps the recipient has some importance too.
