Stanley Gibbons says it is a 1945 stamp (s.g. 511 in Stamps of the World) overprinted in 1949 with the FNR etc (s.g. 626 in Stamps of the World). Not of much value but interesting.


edit: did I mention Yugoslavia? I have now.

Federal People's Republic of Jugoslavia.
According to the Stanley Gibbons catalogue originally issued in 1945, 5 dinar, showing the town of Jajce.
The overprinted stamp was issued in 1949, SG626.
Below is a list of Jugoslav overprinted stamps. See 1949 issues for your stamp.
