Hello
today I got a message from delcampe that someone bought things from me and before I send an invoice or anything the buyer contacted me and it seems that he got problems with online payment, now how can I cancel the sales(it was fixed prices sales not an auction), I don't mind canceling the sales at all but can't figure out how to cancel it myself
and by the way the buyer told me that he removed the items from his shopping cart but the items still appear for me in sold items section (to invoice)

aboauf, I have had similar trouble and don't remember how I solved it. But Delcampe has an excellent staff that are willing to help out. Go to the help & contact button on "My Delcampe" and go from there. There is an answer for your predicament! Good luck,

Peter

thank's Peter
I just think it will be weird if I asked for solving the problem since it's the buyer's problem not mine and I don't want to send him invoice and cause any problems for him :)
anyways I will try to contact delcampe and see if they could help
